Evil Plotting Vizier

Greetings.  My name is Oisín Creaner.  Most of you who’ve been to Leprecon before would know me, a I’ve been involved with running Leprecon since 2003, and on the committee since 2004.

After some discussion, I have been selected to serve as this year’s Assistant Director, or, as some have put it, the Grand Vizier.  I would like to completely refute any allegations that I’m attempting to overthrow our glorious leader, Generalissimo von Gorman.

In addition to not plotting against him in any way, our fearless leader has also asked me to take responsibility for running Special Events At Leprecon 31.  The last few years at Leprecon, we’ve had a fantastic run of big, spectacular special events, as well as events that anyone can just turn up and play.
